While anyone can RSVP to events created in Apple Invites, only iCloud+ subscribers can generate invitations. The app also works across Apple devices and can be accessed via the web at iCloud.com/invites, ensuring broad compatibility. Notably, invitees do not need an Apple account to participate, making the service more accessible to non-Apple users.

Apple has incorporated robust privacy controls, allowing event hosts to manage guest lists and adjust visibility settings.
