This spring, Apple is encouraging customers to declutter their homes while promoting sustainability. Starting Wednesday, the tech giant will launch a limited-time in-store recycling promotion, offering a 10% discount on select Apple accessories. The campaign aims to celebrate Earth Day and will run for one month.

How the Promotion Works

Customers can bring old Apple devices that normally don’t qualify for trade-in credit to any Apple Store. In return, they will receive up to $20 off accessories like AirPods, AirTags, Apple Pencils, watch bands, and Mac peripherals. This initiative makes it easier for customers to responsibly recycle outdated gadgets while enjoying savings on new products.

Building on Environmental Commitments

Apple has long highlighted its commitment to environmental sustainability. This new program continues that effort by encouraging recycling at the consumer level. By offering discounts, Apple hopes to motivate even more users to participate, helping to reduce electronic waste worldwide.

A Limited Window of Opportunity

However, customers should act quickly. The promotion is tied to Earth Day celebrations and is available for a limited time only. With a simple visit to a local Apple Store, users can help the planet and upgrade their accessories at a lower cost.
